"I truly enjoy the UP atmosphere. I feel supported and encouraged every single day. I also love working with the kids, each child is so unique and amazing in their own way and it is so rewarding to help bring their individual personalities to the forefront. I would definitely recommend UP to others because the excitement and gratitude that is felt with a child reaches a goal is like no other and that achievement is celebrated by the whole UP team. Nothing goes unnoticed and it is the most amazing environment to work in."
